Searching for channel "Dmax"

We only have free view at home and quite often I watch Dmax for various programmes.
It was on channel 38 but doesn't appear to be there any more.
Anyone know where its gone?

For us it’s shown as Channel 39. Which is what DMax website says.

Yes,I did look at their website but asked on here as my channels go up 36/37/38/40.
No channel 39😔
Maybe a "re-tune"may help.

That’s a bit inconvenient missing the key channel from the sequence. Good luck

ALL VIEWERS:
You can do a retune now as some channel numbers were changed last week, but suggest you do it next week (1st Feb onwards) as BBC3 is also returning so kill all birds with etc etc.

All relevant channels are updated because we have freeview on the tv in the bedroom

Check that channel 23 is present (BBC3.) If it isn't you will have to retune the BBC mux again.

It already present channel 23 (BBC3) but thanks for the update 👍
