Seaside sites in Dumfries and Galloway

Could anyone advise me some good seaside sites in Galloway.I've been considering Mossyard, Cardoness and New England Bay. Anyone stayed there? We prefer quiter sites and sea access for launching a 3 metre inflatable boat would be good. Our van is twin axle and quite long.
