secure storage area needed, Durham

Can anyone recommend a safe and secure storage area in the Durham area, close to the A1M prefered. Friends current 'safe and secure site' has damaged his brand new jockey wheel and, although it is early days, is not accepting liability! They insist on siting the van for you and as it was o.k. when he left it at drpping off area it wasn't when he returned two weeks later to fetch it.

How close to Durham do you need to be?

• On-site washing facilities
• 3 minutes from A1(M)
• £308 per year for a single axle caravan

We're quite happy with them.
