We get a very slight leak showing outside the bathroom, against the outside wall, when we shower. Dealer has resealed the top of the shower tray and leak is not so bad but still there. Anyone else had this?

Hi Chris

I had the same problem in my 1994 Avondale. We traced it to the plug hole in the shower tray being loose and also a tiny crack all the way around the plug hole on the tray. Resealed it and problem didnt occur again. Dont know whether this is the same problem in your van ?? We also had the same problem in our new van but this time on the kitchen sink and once again the screw in the middle of the plug hole had come loose and the water was getting between the plug hole and sink !

Hope this helps a bit

Chris

we have the Burgundy which is similar layout. Our shower tray has been resealed, but the seal has cracked slightly and come away. Our shower tray does not sit fully flat and Baileys have accepted that this is pulling at the seal. Our service is due in January and the shower tray will be taken out and refitted, hopefully fully supported and completely flat.

Might be worth having a look......
