sending haymarket invoices

This might seem a strange post but we have been doing some work

for the magazine (MONTHY DIARYS AND LIVE INS).Question is has

anyone else and if so how do you send a invoice via email.

I found that weird too - I sent them an article, they say that if they publish it I can invoice them?!?

a quick search on Google for Free Invoice templates gave me the following websites:

which have templates to download - or just give you some idea what to put in.

I raised an invoice in Word and then posted this as an attachment to my email requesting payment.

No problem other than it took about 8 weeks to receive payment.
