The Milenco reply to Corinna Donovan in the May 2016 'TALK' is incorrect. The need for a licence exemption does not apply to motorhomes,/motorcaravans.
TV Licencing advise,10/3/16, "Touring caravans used for touring from place to place and motor vehicles do not need a separate TV Licence providing a licence is held at your main address"

The licensing web site is a bit confusing isn't it?

The FAQ Here (which appears to be what Milenco were relying on) can easily be read to mean that a motorhome comes within the definition of "mobile home" as it is capable of being moved.

On the other hand, the Second Home page (presumably Alan's reference point) says that a separate licence is not required.

The What It Covers page summarises both and illustrates the difference.
