Service Stations

The first week of July I shall be travelling from Manchester to Bosnia first time pulling caravan

When pulling into a service station both in England and Europe

do you head for the car signs or the lorry signs

please note I will be pulling a twin Axle 26 feet Approx

the reason i ask is I am worried if I follow the car signs might be tight for caravan but if I follow lorry signs then if a lorry can I should be able too

at motorway stops the car pumps usually have room,but i do often head for the commercial pumps.

However ,beware that some forecourts will not switch the pump on until you ask them, some will not switch them on at all as you are a car,and commercial pumps can be high flow rate so watch out for splash back.
 
Yep and also I've used commercial pumps and the desk won't release fuel until you give them a valid card. I stood there for ages trying before going in to compain DOH !!! then it was explained to me.Normal pumps say have a
