We have to have our Abbey caravan serviced before March 2008 to comply with guarantee rules, Ive had a letter this morning asking me to book the van in at out dealership now as they are always busy. We dont have a tow bar on our new car yet and wondered if there was a mobile service agent that serviced nottinghamshire area,do they need to be registered to comply with necessary guaranteed work etc. Advice please

Hi Madeleine

I have a Bailey and it is due for a service so I contacted Bailey direct and they said there is a list of service centres in the service book that came with the van and I could use one of these to comply with the warranty or anyone who is registered with the National Caravan Council. Follow this link

http://www.approvedworkshops.co.uk/search.php?scheme_id=1and enter your postcode and put yes for mobile workshop.

This might be the same for Abbey?

Hope this helps

Happe is a mobile Caravan service that will keep your warranty intact

I have a new Baily Senator and they service mine for me

the cost also covers 3 callouts free per year.

It is operated by Wandaholme on the A1 they cover a wide area

the chap that does mine covers up as far as the Scotish borders and there are quite a few further South covering wide areas.

I hope thats of some help.

Derek
