Setting Up A Campsite (Any Advice?)

Whilst you have quoted the site is for 6 pitches, you are I expect aware that the "exemption certificate scheme" under which your parents are gaining permission limits the occupancy to only a total of 5 caravans or motorhomes at any time?

Additional tents are however allowed.

If it's above this 5 caravan or motorhomes occupancy then the site requires "Full planning permission".

In a National Park the authorities will I suspect come down very heavy on the C&CC should this number be exceeded.

The reality is that the tent usage will generally be limited to the summer months.

Hi JTQ

I doubt the C&CC would be the recipient of the National Parks wrath, it would be the site operator or owner. The C&CC is only acting as a consultant and booking agent.
