Hi Che. Welcome to the forum. I have started a new thread for you as it becomes confusing if you ask a different question in someone else’s thread. Please take a minute to read the forum rules.
I am sure that someone on here will help you with your TV question

Is it for home or caravan and which model particularly. I’ve had Sharp products (dvd, ghetto blaster, and thev have been okay. But these days the range of choice is far wider.

I'm not suggesting you are, but beware of buying a heavily discounted smart TV. They are usually an older model with reduced functionality that would no longer sell at its "original" price anyway.
Also, we found with the earlier smart TV's we bought, support ends for some apps as the evolve, making it partially obsolete if you can't watch channels that you could before.

I can recommend LG Smart TV’s as we have 5 of them. We have 3 in the house, 1 in conservatory and 1 in the Caravan. Daughter also has 3 in her house and also1 in her Caravan and we cannot fault them

Buy from Richer Sounds as you can get a 5 year warranty. Our 28" LG Smart TV cost us under £200 and it has an excellent picture from most angles.

Good tip about Richer Sounds - viewing angle is important in a caravan as the TV is often at at the optimum angle and TVs aren't all the same.
