Shock Absorbers

Can I buy shock absorbers for my Compass Omega which has a Swing Vtec chassis? I read with interest the article from June 2006 about fitting shock absorbers to a AL-Ko chassis. Can these type of shock absorbers be adapted to fit the other kind of chassis?

Hi..

You could try looking at the BPW website bpw.co.uk the caravan section has a download option. If you download the chassis drawing (Wall Poster) it gives details of shock absorbers for the BPW Chassis It will be worth dropping an email question to bpw. They will be able to confirm that these are suitable for the V-Tec axle and where you can obtain them from...

Hi Gordon,

Following on from Brian's suggestion, I can't see why you should be able to our RAllye had shock absorbers as standard on the V-tec chassis.
