Just been looking at the Alibaba chinese selling site and it's just full of hundreds of different PPE, but I don't need 10,000 units of hand sanitiser at £1.39 just two,

Does it have to be shipped from China as if so by the time you get them the problem might have passed on the other hand if it lasts a long time you might be surprised how many you will need.
You could donate the extra to the local care home or hospice though if you did buy.

10000 units is £10,390 , don't think so,

Depends on the size of the bottle,we had a delivery last week of 96 x 500ml bottles 70% alcohol hand sanitiser, part order , labelled made in Britain.Rest to follow when production catches up.
