Shower Hose

Hi I'm looking to change the shower head/hose in our tourer. The thetford toilet has a washbasin over it and the shower hose goes through a hole at the side.
Does anyone know how to get to the end of the hose.

Not sure about the shower hose but a few years ago we upgraded our shower head to an Ecocamel. Several new vans come with them as standard now.

Make and model of van would be helpful.
With some there is an access panel near the part you want to get to, some have an access panel in the adjoining room to which the sink is attached, or the whole unit has to be removed to get to the end of the hose.
