Hi GrahamDerby,
have a look at www.speedcoateuro.com they apply a spray on coating that is very flexible and come in different colours.
They specialise in caravan shower repairs without the cost of taking it all apart.

We discovered a crack in our shower tray, which subsequently got so bad we had to remove the tray (we don't use the shower so this didn't matter). On removal we found a large round headed rivet, protruding from the floor, which had been there since comstruction. It wasn't countersunk, so the tray was always going to have a weak point. OH filed it off slightly, covered the floor and part of the walls with waterproof cushioning, then fitted bathroom quality vinyl flooring. It looks lovely, isn't cold or ridged to walk on, and is far better than what we had before.

Try this product. I have used it on a shower tray with success.

I used this stuff to repair my cracked shower tray:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cracked-Shower-Repair-Paint-White/dp/B00FL8NJ6I
As shower trays seem to crack due to insufficient support I first drilled holes every few inches and injected some expanding foam into the cavity underneath.

I then plonked something heavy on top to keep the tray flat (I should have used something heavier or less foam as the shower tray is very slightly domed now!)

I filled the holes with this:

http://www.halfords.com/motoring/paints-body-repair/fillers-preparation/davids-isopon-bumper-filler-100ml
And then painted with the shower tray paint.

It's not as neat a finish as a new shower tray (available from www.caravanpanels.com), but is a lot cheaper!
