Shower Trays - Lunar EB

We are having problems with the tray in our Lunar EB 2007 not draining away the water after a shower. It just sits in the bottom of the tray and you have to push it towards the plug hole. We have had a new tray fitted but problem still persists and dealer has said they is nothing else they can do. We previous had a Lunar Clubman and that was fine. Does anyone else have this problem ?
