Shurflo Aqua King Leak

I have a Shurflo Aqua King Premium water pump fitted to a Thor Chateaux (American RV but in the UK). The pump leaks after the cold weather we've had in the last few months - think it froze?

I took it apart yesterday and there was nothing obviously wrong BUT when I hooked it back up, it still leaks, will not shut off now (since I reffited it!) and produces low water pressure.

What is the best plan of action?

1. Replace the Drive Assembly and Valve assembly (£40) or £132 for the 'servicing kit '- does that come with all the new rubber gaskets I'll need?

2. Replace with another pump of the same model (£££hundreds!)

3. Replace with a Shurflo Trailking 10L 45psi? (£60) Is it a straight swap?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!!

Whith the description you have given, i would think that there is a possiblity of a hair line crack in one of the housings, here is a breakdown drawing, if you look on the second drawing, there is a contact phone No for SHURflo ltd in the UK..
