Firstly, what's the wattage of the induction hob? the ones I have seen are 2KW , there may be ones that consume less power.....assuming it is 2kw, its going to draw over 8A, so that rules out using it on any sites where the supply is only 6A.
Assuming you have a site where the electricity supply is adequate, then any extension lead that is rated 10A or more will do the job, if the extension is on a reel remember to unwind the reel completely .

I have 2 vango sizzles which I use alongside my electric hotplate outside from an extension lead ran from the van. I don't like cooking inside unless the weather says otherwise! Never had a problem

Just an aside, In case you didn't know that Induction Hobs can interfere with operation of some heart pacemakers. If you or anyone nearby has a pacemaker they shouldn't get closer than a meter and certainly should not operate it.

As you are unaware of how to fit an external 230v socket then you need to get a caravan dealer workshop, or AWS engineer to do it.
Think in terms of about £150-£175 to get the job done.

Microwaves can also cause issues with some pacemakers - advice is not to go within 60 cm.

I'll stick with our outdoor gas BBQ where I am in control of the fuel supply and it has real flames! (I'm not a pyromaniac honest!)
The site were on in France last month only had a 6A hook-up, an induction hob would (should) have tripped the site supply breaker.
