Caravan Club 2006 site guide page 164 lists two for Arras. Perhaps the closest for you is:-

Surely Monchy le Preux is well known for loss of many Canadians in WW1 and many British .

Wifes relatives have used this site for visiting Mons and the Canadian memorial north of Arras.
