Can anyone suggest a convenient campsite in Andorra within walking distance of the main shopping streets. I've been there before en route to Spain towing a caravan and didnt enjoy ome moment while looking for a place to park. I would appreciate names and directions to sites. Thanks...

In 2002 we stayed at Camping Valira, which is within walking distance of the town centre. Being so close to the shops and set in the mountains, space is at a premium and consequently the pitches are a bit cramped if you've got a big caravan but otherwise it's a good site - the washrooms are a good standard and if you're lucky, you may have pitch on this terraced site with a wonderful view of the town and the mountains right from your breakfast table.
