Good evening all, I'm hoping you can help, we are looking to venture to Scotland next summer for our summer holidays does anyone know of a nice scenic site, but needs to be in easy walking distance to a nearby town or village highlands area would be ideal if possible but we'll consider any where

There’s another one on the west coast it’s C&CC right on the Loch front and edge of Inverawe ( hope that’s correct spelling).
 
The CAMC Maragowan site at Killin is actually in the town so might be possible although it is possibly not as far into the Highlands as you would want. Braemar Caravan site, no longer a club site, is in the village and is a very good touring site with Balmoral on the doorstep. Huntly Castle is also in the town although may not be far enough into the Highlands for you..
 
Scourie Sutherland. One shop a very good Hotel with bar and restaurant foods. On site café too. This is one of many fine sunsets enjoyed.
