Hi every one,
Am looking for sites near Madrid to take twin axle 8 m caravan with bus
or train travel to the center of Madrid hope to be there mid to late September
traveling from Santandor

Sorry can't answer your post fully particularly about trains etc. The main sites used by friends who come to Spain each year using the UK to Spain ferries are at la Cabrera to the north of Madrid and Aranjuez to the south. From the map there is a rail line shown from near the site into Madrid, distance is around 40 km.
You should be able to find these on-line. Also just google Madrid campsites.
 
There's a regular train service from Aranjuez to Madrid. The journey time is around 35 minutes and last time I used it the ticket was around 5 Euros. From the site to the train station is about 1.5 miles.

If you're at La Cabrera the bus ride is just under 2 hours.
