Sites near to a Metro station Paris

Bonjour mes amis
Next year we're taking the van to Paris.Does anyone know a nice site near to a metro station, which we can use as a sort of basecamp. It just needs basic amenities nothing fancy,as Im trying to keep the costs down.
Were going on the eurotunnel with the Tesco vouchers, and as you can see the phrase book has been dusted down.
Merci beaucoup.
Cheers Richard

Hi, we've just been to Huttopia Versailles. Not the cheapest site and not on the Metro but it was pleasant atmosphere and convenient. It was a 6 min walk to Porchfontaine station on the RER C line, 20 mins to get to the Eiffel Tower - 6 Euros return per adult. Versailles palace was a 30min walk or there's a bus/train up the road, we didn't use the car whilst there. Nice area, felt safe and the facilities were good and cleaned daily. Some pitches are difficult to access due to trees and the slope of the site...easier if you have a mover fitted, (we haven't but just about managed)

Have a look at "Camping International Maisons-Laffitte". It is only about 10 mins from the Metro.
We rallied there last Easter with the Caravan Club, it is a good site but the approach roads are a little tight.
Al
