We used La Bien Assise . Fairly handy and a big site so you can usually get in. It is listed by both clubs
They speak English and have a restaurant if you want to eat there. They do tend to give best pitches to those staying more than one night and they are pretty good.
Look on http://www.caravanclub.co.uk/overseas-holidays/sites/france/nord-pas-de-calais/camping-de-la-bien-assise for more details.

We always stop at Ben Assise and was there two weeks ago. Safe campsite near to Calais but I would advise booking it gets very very busy this time of year with Brits in Transit. We only ever stop 1 night but always get an excellent pitch by booking before.

Chateau de gandspette is our favourite, 25mins from calais, its near St Omer, handy for the supermarkets, there is a small carefour and a netto nearby too. Also next to a war musem set in the forest. Its in a village called eperleques

For the last 2 years we have used Camping L'Escale just off j33 of the A16. It is about 20 minutes from the tunnel.
It is in the ACSI book €16, they also have a Motorhome Aire attached.

We've just returned (yesterday) from 3 nights at Camping Les Noires Mottes at Sangatte - excellent secure site with good sized pitches in an area for people only short stay. Facilities a bit basic, but perfectly adequate. Barrier open 7am to 11pm with entry code. Excellent restaurant / bar in the village - and a boulangerie within walking distance. Bread van visits every morning as well. We always stay there on our way out and back. Close to Auchan superstore (and cheap fuel) and only five minutes or so to Cite d'Europe for the giant mall and outlet stores including Carrefour.
Good eating also at Wissand, 10 Kms down the coast - pretty drive with views.
We always book ahead for the return in mid July, but there's always loads of spare space.
10 minutes to the Tunnel and 20 mins to the ferry.
