SKELETONS

Thought this would get your attention. I have bought a van with a perspex window on the door, the previous owners have put a blind on it like the ones you used to get for cars, when I lifted the blind the bottom of the perspex ( in the double glazed void ) has loads of skeletons of flies or something, it is repulsive. Has anyone had this problem and how do I remove them. The thought of them makes me feel nausious.

Thanks

Sue

Sue,these could be difficult to get them out! However,if they got in there, how did they get in? Seems you have some investigation work to do. Thought these units were "sealed" Best of luck.

Could they have originally been introduced as eggs?

Has the inside pane any tiny plastic bungs in it? If so, by modifying a cork to fit a thin plastic tube through it and putting the cork into a vac cleaner hose, it may be possible to suck them out.
