Sky HD+. Input one failure Help!!

LNB, all cables and connections functioning. By process of elimination including wiring box direct to LNB Input one on the box is dead. Sky plus needs two inputs to work or view recordings.
I have tried re jigging the box to work on one input only Guess what? It will only let single working on rinput one :woohoo: .
Does anyone know if I can rejig it to work on input two only? Looks like two weeks on terrestrial 🙁

think that's because the inputs do different things one does the picture and two is a sub channel or something. that the other stuff comes down.

Sky plus should work with just one input and you should be able to watch previous recordings plus you can also record however you will not be able to record one and watch another program.
