Skylight parts

I am doing some work on my caravan and my skylight needs a replacement seal and also latch the roof hatch is a para press pmma -xt 001736
For the seal there appears to be loads of options when I search

You could presumably replace the entire unit if you know the aperture size maybe with a mini heki or standard roof vent?
