Anyone know where i can bye a small lightweight folding table 14/16/18 inches square about average height plastic or wooden but light

Most camping shops sell tables of this size.

I have one that is perhaps a bit bigger that your sizes, but it has a slatted aluminium top, and it all folds and rolls up into a canvas tube bag,

Aldi were selling something very similar a few weeks ago, some stores may have one unsold.
