Smiley face transfer/graphic

Just returned home from a couple of weeks away and on the journey home , i saw a van with couple of eyes and a smile, (as in the smiley badge) just black on the caravans white 2Ft square and i thought , yes. I have trawled the net for the transfer, but cannot find it, has anyone come across the said transfer?

Funny enough i've got illuminious smiley faces on my A frame.. Where did you see the van Steve?
