Does anybody have solar heating at home. We are after some thoughts. Thanks
I did look into this. It is very difficult to do on a housethat is not a newbuildSo time last year on the TV I seen a DY show and they put so tanks under ground which used the hart form the ground to make hart for the home and it was friendly to the eve met and it cut down the cost of your heat bills.

I think Mark is talking about Geothermal heating systems that take the ground heat and convert it to heat your home. The systems are pricy and need a lot of land to be excavated to bury the pipe under from what I've seen.I did look into this. It is very difficult to do on a housethat is not a newbuild

We had Solar water heating at our old house, we had it fitted free and it did save a lot on water bills but would not have been worth it to buy it.
Solar panels I'm told are not a very green product in them selves and will take very many years to see a return even if you are selling back poewer to the Grid.
