Solar panel Connections

I need to connect my solar panel to charge the leisure battery when the van is in storage. I have the JST-LR lead to connect into the van's harness but do I need a regulator and any orther components to make the correct connection?
 
It does depend on what wattage your solar panel is?They say 15w and above then yes you will need one.
I would place an inline fuse on the + solar panel input
