Solar Panels

We are tending to use more sites without hook up, and we would welcome any advice on solar panels. Our set-up at the moment is the onboard caravan battery for powering the water pump & lights, plus a larger 110 amp that powers our TV / Sky through an inverter. What sized panel should we be looking for? Would we be able to link the 2 batteries together to charge at the same time, or would it be best to alternate the charge between the 2. Any advice on where to buy would be very much appreciated. We fancy the stand up type, not a permanent fix to the roof.

We've recently transferred our two solar panels to our new caravan roof.

The mounting plates are attached with double sided commercial vehicle body tape and had been on the previous caravan for three years and never moved.

We cut the tape with a wire to remove them and left the old vans roof as new after cleaning off the remaining tape.

On the roof is the safest place to put them, if you need a large output they are a valuable item to leave stood around, and they can get damaged.
