Hi all, just got booked in for 10 nights at broad farm caravan park in great yarmouth.Im travelling from west cumbria so im looking for a site to stop over for just the one night around the end of the A1(m).hopefully not too far off the motorway,Any ideas?
The easiest is the CC site at Newark, it's right beside the A1, we stayed there last year on our way to the Broads and are doing the same this year.

Ferry Meadows Caravan Club site at Peterborough is just off the A1 and A47 and will save you going back onto the A1. Easy flat pitches and a handy pub jsut down the road to save cooking, also nice walks in the adjacent country park.

milestone can be a tad noisy at night with road noise but a short walk over the embankment, over a fence and there is a rather nice OK Diner with reasonably priced good grub. And if you like fishing Milestone has its own small ponds.
If you are a member of CC there is a CL site at Newark
Little Acres at Claypole Page 445 in the new book. This is very quiet and flat ideal for an overnight stop. No levelling to do. Possible answer phone in operation. Leave a message the owner will contact you,
