I would also be grateful for recommendations for fully-serviced sites on the Costa Brava and also down in Andalucia ready for next June.

Many thanks in advance

Hi acbruce
2 sites on the Costa Brava that we used in June this year.
L'Amfora, Sant Pere Pescador in the bay of Rosas. and , Vilanovapark on the outskirts of Vilanova near to Sitges.

Both sites I would class as very good. Large sites with all the facilites you would expect on sites this size. Washrooms on both were first class and spotlessly clean. At L'Amfora we had a fully serviced pitch with our own washroom.
We would certainly use them again ourselves. Check out their websites for further info.

I have broused over all the sites you listed and found a world of good info there. A lot of your listing I have stayed and you description I found accurate. I would appreciate any help and similiar info with regard to good sites and ones to be avoided on a trip to Munich via Rhine and Mosel departing Cherbourg and avoiding Paris. This is a first for me and am planning for mid summer 2013. Any tips please.

Thanks for the kind comments about the site. I cant however help a lot with Germany, the last twice we visited it has been to Munster in the north and it is quite a while (1999) since we were in the south. Regarding a route though if you have not been before I think its worth the detour to take in Luxembourg.
This lady has a website with lots about Germany that will probably help a lot.
