speed limit in Belgium

Just read in the Camping and Caravan magazine, pg 13, that the speed limit on rural roads, in Flanders , Belgium, has been reduced from 90kph to 70kph.

Flanders being the northern Flemish-speaking province: Brussels and the southern French-speaking Wallonia are unaffected. Note that there is Flemish Brabant and Waloon Brabant so don't get mixed up as to where you are! The Brussels city region is autonomous and bi-lingual.
