We have just returned from 2 weeks away in our '08 Monarch. We were plagued by problems with the grill on our oven. This was a problem that was reported before its 3rd service in December. Sometimes the grill just wont burn fully, and I dont mean the middle part. To all intents and purposes, there just doesn't seem to be a full amount of gas flowing to it. Anyone had a similar problem and what was done about it please? How does the front panel that has the valve on the back of it, come off? If I could remove the valve and either clear or replace it, then I might be able to have toast for breakfast!

Our grill (2010 Swift Charisma) is similarly underpowered and I suspect that may be the norm, perhaps that's why lots of folk have electric toasters. Even so I would keep pressing the dealers to sort it unless you are qualified to deal with gas systems. Leaking gas in a caravan is not a good idea.

Hi - Just googling and came accoss this post, just wanted to add we have the same issue with ours! (2008 Bailey Pageant Champagne).
It's basically useless now, pitiful amount of flame. Top burners are perfect. The oven's rubbish too - there is zero control over the gas, it's either on all the way, or nothing. Rubbish! :( There are 2 sets of numbers on the dials too, one on the cooker itself and another on the knob... like the parts bin has been raided. lol
Will post if I find anything... at the moment I feel like replacing the whole thing with another one. We had a stoves in our last van and it was perfect :(
