Hi all, can anyone help with an issue I have just found on my sprite alpine 2008, I have just started to get ready for the new season and found when I filled the water barrel and tested the system I have got a relay chatter on the under seat fuse panel, when I run the tap the pump runs and water flows but when the tap is turned off the relay starts chattering and does not stop. Any advice would be appreciated
Peter

I presume that you can be sure the noise is from the panel - the only chattering I have experienced is from the inlet itself when the pressure switch needs adjustment - if yours is a Whale like this in the link
WhaleAdjustingyourpressureswitchb.pdf (whalepumps.com)
which gives clear instructions - the system may also need to be adjusted when changing from mains hook-up to battery supply. It appears from your photos that the panel and the plumbing are in the same vicinity but apologies if this reply is totally off-the-wall for you!

Hi guys, thanks for your reply’s, I have disconnected the lead to the pump and substituted a triggering relay for it and the relay in the picture is the one chattering on the pcb, I believe a component has failed on the board and this is causing the issue.

Hi all, this was a problem to accurately diagnose the issue and pull the trigger on the parts cannon,
Thankfully I messaged Apuljack electronics to ask for a quote to service the fuse panel pcb,
The tech support guys emailed me a tech guide as this issue is well known to them, i turns out that the pump control circuit is very sensitive to resistance on the circuit, long story short, I removed the cover on the pump pressure switch and found dried water stains inside, I removed the pressure adjustment screw hit it with wd40 relay stops chattering.
Big shout out to apuljack for the help with this,
Thanks to you all for your support
