No, and please remember a standard fused/unfused switch is normally rated at 20A, the C line is only rated at 10A and the ultraheat takes about 8A so if you use the C line its life may be shorter and please if you proceed inspect it regularly. The blue wires go into N1 and N2 , the live wire ( brown) go to 1 and 2
I don't know if it's of any use but part number 41417 is a 13 amp Matt black screw less switch fused connection unit..£8.79 from tool station
Perhaps used in conjunction with part number 86567 which is used to mount into plasterboard etc
