hi can anybody recomend a nice site near st malo,within walking distance of small village or town would be nice,not to bothered about swimming pool but a bar/restaurant on site if poss.

have a look at camping le p'tit bois,about 10mins from st malo port,one of the prettiest little sites ive been to in france.Excellent large private pitches,a fantastic swimming pool complex indoor and outdoor that puts many bigger places to shame,plenty for the kids without all hell letting loose after dark,no noise and no booming disco.

i will defintely be going back for alook around this lovely area.It is in the paul rogers guide if you cant find a web link number is 02 99 21 14 30. excellent english spoken.we visited 1 month ago.
