stabiliser bars for detachable tow bars

Hi there, can anyone help a novice caravanner?

I have an audi a6, fitted with a detachable type towbar - witter ad39aq - have been looking for stabiliser bars, but most swan neck type are not recommended for detachable tow bars.

Am now very confused - can someone advise what type of stabiliser bar is suitable?

I use the ALKO 3004 Hitchlock stabiliser with a Witter swan neck detachable. It was approved by Witter.
 
l also have the 3004 ALKO stabiliser hitch on a witter detachable swan neck with no problems, witter web approves it.

Made sure as the 3004 came with the new van,
