Hi just brought twin axle c.i. sprite, and would it be advisable to fit a stabiliser.

A stabiliser will always give you a larger margin of safety.

I am on my third twin axle van and would not normally tow without a stabilizer. The present van has a stabilizer hitch but with the previous two I used a blade stabilier. Just remember a stabilizer is there as a safety device in case of the unexpected and cannot stabilize an inherently unstable van.

Except for this van I have always towed the van once without the stabilizer to check its stability, adjusting load accordingly, then fitted the stabilizer. (I have a blade stabilizer for sale if you are interested).
