Stanwix Holiday Park Silloth

Hi all

Thinking about taking a short break at the begining of Dceember and this site looks good on the internet. I particularly like the idea of the leisure facilities in case the weather is awful.

Anyone been there and if so what's it like?

an excellent park,lots of entertainment.can get a bit noisy after hours,lots to see in the surrounding areas,lakes not that far away.a little expensive maybe but im sure you will enjoy it.usually do theme nights every so often,havn't looked so dont know if theres any pending

hi m8,

we`ve been 6 times and its got everything you need for yourself and kids,superb entertainment.

it`ll not be as busy during december but you`ll still enjoy it

Go for it its a great site, I always go for kids 1/2 term in Feb and its brilliant. The entertainment they put on for the kids (considering its out of season is first class). And if you dont have kids there are other bars which cater for adults only. Not much around Silloth itself but a good area to explore.

been there a few times and it is excellent for kids, not the sort of place i'd go without kids. its very busy ie forget about going for a swim.

Didn't actually get around to it as I had some contract work that I was doing at the start of December.

Hopefully give it a try in the next couple of months.
