Starcamp Quattro Porch Awning

We brought the above Awning and use it at Easter and was please with it, but do any of you got one of those, The reason I ask when we put the awning up first on the van, Would it be quicker to get all the pole togetter made up and then go under the awning and clip it on to the lock catch and then open the pole up in side the awning, or just put one pole togetter one at a time till you got the frame made up, What do you do ,Thanks Trevor
 
I have a Starcamp Alpha awning which I should imagine would be very similar. I have only used it once but I would say that you need to build the frame up inside the awning piece by piece to ensure you do not damage the caravan. It does not take long I would have thought you would have problems engaging the poles into the quick lock pads that are tensioned against the caravan.
