I am a Devon boy born and bred, so, admittedly, hugely and vociferously bias towards my county. But I would live nowhere else in the U.K, being a country boy, fishing, shooting, stalking, hiking and Bushcrafty type things etc, Devon has it all for me. Although I was in Wyoming a couple of months ago, stunning! But not sure about their winters, and no coastline, but amazing lakes.

As my name suggests, Devon IS heaven. Gods own county!
