Status 530 Directional Antenna fault

Hoping someone can give a quick response on this please? I have bought a new telly, works fine indoors but its receiving no signal from the Antenna in the 'van. I've checked and theres power to the power box, but the red light isn't lit? Any help would be great.
 
Do you mean the red light on this power supply box ?

I changed mine for one of these variable power ones, rather than just high or low power

Yes, thats the one S S. I know it was working and suspected a fuse blown, but I can't find one and a test lamp on the lead in shows power? How much are the newer ones please?
 
Hi Terry, my advice would be to contact the manufacturer (Grade UK)on 0115 986 7151, ask for Clint or Harvey - Technical / Customer Service,they will point you in the right direction.
