Steamy windows!!!

Unfortunately not as exciting as it sounds. We bought a new Bailey Ranger in January this year and on a few trips out have woken up in the morning with terrible condensation on the windows. I have had a look at other caravans near and it doesnt seem to be a common problem. Am i missing something basic like leaving a roof vent open during the night or is it a sign of a greater problem? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Were those trips "River deep mountain high" or just within "Nutbush City Limits" personally I always get "Steamy Windows" when away with my "Private Dancer".

Seriously, you do need some ventilation.

We like a little fresh air so we leave the window by our heads on the vent position and the Hekis on the same.

Rarely had any condensation I would call a problem, whatever the weather or time of year.

Lee, I agree with Garry. We always leave the heki above the bed open at least on vent and the two windows near the bed open on vent to allow the air to circulate. The heat generated by just two bodies will rise to the top of the van and will need somewhere to get out.

If the condensation is on the inside of the windows then sound advice has already been given. If the condensation is between the twin skinned windows then it is a little more difficult to cure.

One could say 'you should be so lucky as to have Steamy Windows', but then again most of us are just asleep.
