Sterling Eccles onyx 2000.

Can anyone help pls. We went out in our caravan for the first time over the weekend. It's a sterling Eccles onyx 2000. We have 2 problems.
1) the sliding door to the bedroom has jammed and will only half close.
2) when you run the water in the sink water floods out of the base of the shower tap in the toilet.
Any ideas how difficult to repair these 2 problems are. Thanks.

You are relying on somebody who has a similar van, but it's now a working day and therefore any possible respondee may have gone to work.

re your second question - have you tried tightening the tap and fittings in the shower?
