Sterling Elite 2010

Help needed please! We cannot find a tank fill on/off switch anywhere in the caravan ( sterling elite searcher 2010) we’ve been told it must have one and various places to look but there doesn’t appear to be one. It is the automatic system, which we’ve yet been able to get working.

I'm not sure what arrangements your caravan has but on some Swift based caravans the onboard tank is filled from the Aquaroll via a set of valves which may be under the bottom of the front chest of drawers.
Pull down the access door at the bottom and check for water pipes with valves on them.
There might be a diagram showing the valve arrangement to divert water to the onboard tank.

We used to have a sterling elite searcher the onboard water tank fill switch is in the wardrobe at the side of the fridge well it was in mine if that helps
