can anybody help,the brakes on my caravan lock up when i reverse and cause the tow bar to bang,when i pull forward they snatch a little then release,any ideas?
 
ther is a device on the tow hitch designed to stop this happening, yours is obviuosly not working. take it to your dealer and have a new one fitted
 
we have the same van but a 500ES , no trouble with lock up on reverse but braking is always accompanied by a jolt, same when the brakes are released , not noticed this as badly on any other van ive owned.
