Sticking windows.

Currently away with the caravan, a Bailey Pegasus Genoa. We are having a problem with the windows sticking to the black rubber seals around the frames. We are able to gently ease them open. But we are worried the rubber will tear if it is not done carefully.
I am considering spraying the window edges and rubbers with awning rail lubricant as that is all I can lay my hands on at the moment. What do you guys use?

I use some of my wife's talc powder put on a tissue and wiped around the rubber seal.
Its a thing I do each year as part of my "service" routine.
Any smell soon goes away.

Well things don't look at all good. The black rubber seals are leaving a thin line of rubber on the windows, it scrapes off with a fingernail. There is what I can only describe as a crack all the way around the rubber seal. Yet another problem to be sorted out under the warranty, and its only 3 months old.
