The wife spotted our neighbour using the WC disposal cleaning hose to rinse out what appeared a washing up bowl. I honestly felt quite nauseous upon her telling me.🤢
Anyone else witnessed a similar thing?

Not quite as bad as filling a water container, which I once witnessed, and told the chap. He was quite shocked but it was his first time on site.
